Your booked time is your arrival time. Our Ts & Cs outline that deposits are non-refundable. Skydives unable to be completed due to weather are rescheduled to a date of your convenience. Booking insurance enables you to reschedule or cancel up to the day before, or in the case your skydive is weathered and and you don't wish reschedule, you may have your deposit returned.
